VLQs are practical and/or theoretical courses aimed at developing skills and knowledge in the workplace. Their purpose is to provide teaching, learning and assessment to develop skills and knowledge.
These awards are available at different levels, Level 1 (entry) to Level 3 (supervisory/technical) and cover all aspects of food and drink.
