A number of specialist units have been created to support this area. They can be applied to provide the specialist knowledge and skills needed by people who are responsible for developing and supporting sustainability in a food environment at a strategic, management and operative level.

The units listed are shared environmental units that we hope to import from Lantra, the Sector Skills Council for the land based sector.
