The Occupational and Functional Map provides a breakdown of job roles in the food and drink manufacturing industry and the trends which impact on these roles. The Map, which was created in 2005, has been updated and the first draft is now available for consultation. The Map also feeds into the work we do developing standards and qualifications, as well as identifying skills gaps.
